1. Website Ownership

In accordance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society and E-Commerce Services ("LSSI"), we inform you that the websites cloudframework.io, cloudframework.typeform.com and *.cloudframework.app are operated by CLOUDFRAMEWORK S.L., CIF B88225719, with registered office at Calle Serrano 8, 5th floor, Madrid, registered in the Madrid Companies Registry, Volume 38,278, Folio 30, Section 8, Sheet M-681099, Entry 1.

The company CLOUDFRAMEWORK S.L. may hereinafter be referred to as CloudFramework.

2. Use of the Portal

This Legal Notice governs access, browsing and use of the cloudframework.io website and all its subdomains (*.cloudframework.io, *.cloudframework.app) and other online tools under the CloudFramework brand such as Google Forms or Typeform (collectively "Websites").

This Legal Notice ("Legal Notice"), together with the Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms and Conditions"), set out the conditions governing use of the services that CloudFramework makes available to users of the Internet through the Website. Matters relating to the processing of users' personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Access to and use of the Websites imply that the user ("User") fully accepts and undertakes to comply with this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions, and any instructions or recommendations given in each case.

CloudFramework reserves the right to modify and update its Websites and their content, configuration and presentation, including this Legal Notice and the Terms and Conditions, at any time and without prior notice. We recommend reading them before each visit.

The User undertakes not to use the Websites for fraudulent purposes or in any way that could harm the image, interests or rights of CloudFramework or third parties, and to use the Portal and its services and content in a diligent, correct and lawful manner.

In particular, the User undertakes not to remove, circumvent or manipulate copyright or other identifying data of rights holders in the content, or any technical protection devices or information mechanisms. The User also undertakes not to take any action to damage, disable or overload the Websites or to prevent their normal use and operation.

If the User breaches this Legal Notice and/or the Terms and Conditions, or if CloudFramework reasonably suspects a breach, CloudFramework reserves the right to limit, suspend or terminate access to the Websites and to take any necessary technical measures.

Assignment to CloudFramework is worldwide, for the full term of the rights, and includes the right to assign to third parties.

CloudFramework reserves the right to decide on the disclosure or publication of User-Generated Content.

3. Purpose and Conditions of Use

CloudFramework informs you that access to, browsing and use of this website are subject to these conditions of use. We recommend that you read them carefully, as you must give your express and unambiguous consent to them.

The user undertakes to use our website in accordance with the law, this legal notice, and any regulations and instructions made known to them, as well as with morality, generally accepted good practice and public order.

CloudFramework presents itself on the market, through its Websites and social media, as an investment and technology development vehicle and as an independent technology consultancy focused on new projects and start-ups, providing investment, resources and expertise to companies.

CloudFramework will share with employees and investors the information provided through the website and digital channels for the purpose of evaluating and assessing the investment requested or the project to be developed.

Service cost: The service offered by CloudFramework, investment conditions, project development conditions, returns and complementary services are agreed by private contract with both investors and participating companies.

Users: Access to and/or use of CloudFramework's Websites or any private web or mobile application area assigns you the status of User and constitutes acceptance of this Legal Notice and Terms and Conditions.

Responsibility for data provided: The user is responsible for the data provided in questionnaires, mobile applications or by phone in recorded calls, on which the evaluation of the investment will be based. If the user uses CloudFramework's service with data that is not their own, they will be responsible for any consequences of not having the corresponding authorisation from the data owner.

CloudFramework shall not be liable where the user has not provided accurate and truthful data.

Personal data provided by users are used for receiving investment and evaluating investments.

CloudFramework only shares information with private investors or investment companies to evaluate projects for investment, having signed confidentiality agreements with all parties. Data are never shared for purposes other than those stated. Further information is set out in the Privacy Policy, which the user must read and consent to. CloudFramework acts in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

4. CloudFramework's Liability

The user does not contract any service or product with CloudFramework; CloudFramework is not responsible for the terms of contracts that the user enters into with other companies as a result of the relationship with CloudFramework, or for any contingencies or harm arising between the user and other companies during or after the contract.

CloudFramework is not responsible for links to third-party content or information accessible from its website where such content is unlawful or infringes third-party rights. However, once CloudFramework becomes aware of such content, it will act with due diligence to remove or disable the link.

Websites and content accessible from CloudFramework's Websites are owned and operated by third parties; CloudFramework is not responsible for their operation, content or the products or services they offer. Once CloudFramework becomes aware that content is unlawful or infringes third-party rights, it will act with due diligence to remove or disable the link.

Users undertake to use CloudFramework's Websites correctly, lawfully and diligently in relation to the services or products offered, and in particular not to use the Websites in any way contrary to CloudFramework's purposes or the law.

CloudFramework reserves the right to refuse to provide its services to any user who uses the Websites fraudulently or who breaches any of the Terms and Conditions, and may deny access to the Websites.

CloudFramework shall not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind suffered by users as a result of breach of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, or any other content provided by CloudFramework, or any other legally required obligations.

6. Industrial and Intellectual Property

All industrial and intellectual property rights in CloudFramework's Websites and their content and information are reserved to CLOUDFRAMEWORK S.L. and protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

Access to or use of CloudFramework's Websites does not in any way constitute a grant of any right, authorisation or licence in respect of such rights, content or information. Reproduction, transformation, distribution, public communication, making available, extraction, reuse, forwarding or use of any kind by any means is expressly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of CLOUDFRAMEWORK S.L.

7. Commercial Use

CloudFramework's Websites are not for commercial use. Unauthorised commercial or mass use may slow down the service CloudFramework provides to its users.

CloudFramework monitors use of its service and, if it detects commercial or mass use, will abort it. CloudFramework reserves the right to take action against anyone who attempts to use its service without authorisation, to prevent disruption to genuine users and to recover any losses.

8. Copyright

Copyright in the material on CloudFramework's Websites belongs to CLOUDFRAMEWORK S.L. Any individual acting in a private capacity may print a copy of any part of this material for personal use, subject to the following conditions:

  • The material may not be used for commercial purposes.
  • The copy must retain any copyright or other notices contained in the original material.
  • The technology and processes used or described on the website may be subject to other intellectual property rights reserved to CLOUDFRAMEWORK S.L.
  • Images displayed on the website are protected and may not be reproduced or displayed in any way without the written permission of their respective owners.
  • No logo or trademark appearing on this site may be printed or copied except as part of the text of which it forms part.

Under applicable intellectual and industrial property law, reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, distribution, public communication, making available or any other exploitation or modification, in whole or in part, without the prior express authorisation of CLOUDFRAMEWORK S.L., of any content on the website is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

This website is provided without any warranty, express or implied. CloudFramework does not guarantee that its Websites will be available at all times and is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from their use, including damage to computer systems or the presence of viruses or other harmful elements.

10. Personal Data Protection Policy

CloudFramework has defined its data protection policy in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation, including the GDPR (applicable from 25 May 2018), in respect of data that you voluntarily provide through our website. It has also implemented the technical and organisational security measures required by current legislation.

CloudFramework reserves the right to modify the content of this website at any time, without prejudice to the user and subject to any applicable general contracting conditions.

11. Jurisdiction

The relationship between CloudFramework and the User shall be governed by the applicable rules on governing law and jurisdiction. Where the law allows the parties to submit to a specific jurisdiction, CloudFramework and the User submit to the courts of the city of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
