In accordance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society and E-Commerce Services ("LSSICE"), we inform you that the website cloudframework.io is owned by CLOUDFRAMEWORK S.L., CIF B88225719, with registered office at Serrano 8, 5th floor, Madrid, registered in the Madrid Companies Registry (hereinafter "CloudFramework").

2. Use of the Portal

This Legal Notice governs access, browsing and use of the cloudframework.io website and all its subdomains. Access to and use of the Website imply full acceptance of these conditions. CloudFramework reserves the right to modify and update its content and this Legal Notice at any time without prior notice.

CloudFramework presents itself on the market as an investment and technology development vehicle and as an independent technology consultancy. Access to the Website is free; however, services require a private contract.

The User is responsible for the data provided in questionnaires, mobile applications or by phone in recorded calls. CloudFramework is not responsible when the user has not provided accurate and truthful data.

The following uses of the Website are expressly prohibited:

  • Disseminating content or propaganda that is racist, xenophobic, pornographic or illegal.
  • Carrying out unlawful or fraudulent activities.
  • Introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other physical or logical system that may cause damage.
  • Attempting to access, use or manipulate third-party data.
  • Impersonating another user.
  • Reproducing, copying, distributing, transforming or modifying content without authorisation.

CloudFramework reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the Website at any time and without prior notice to users who breach this Legal Notice.

3. Limitation of CloudFramework's Liability

CloudFramework does not guarantee that the Website will be free of errors or that its content will be up to date, although it will use its best efforts to avoid, correct or update them where appropriate.

CloudFramework is under no obligation to monitor or approve the services, content, data, files, products or any other material on third-party websites linked from the Website. Consequently, CloudFramework is not responsible for any aspect of those third-party websites.

Access to the Website does not imply any obligation on CloudFramework to verify the truthfulness, accuracy, adequacy, suitability, completeness or currency of the information provided through it.

CloudFramework does not guarantee compliance with the legislation of countries other than Spain and assumes no responsibility for any damage that may result from non-compliance with such legislation.

To report unlawful or inappropriate content, the User must send a communication including: sender identification, description of the facts, and a statement of the accuracy of the information in the notification.

5. Industrial and Intellectual Property

The User acknowledges and accepts that all copyright, trademarks and any other intellectual or industrial property rights in the content or materials on the Website are at all times owned by CloudFramework.

Copying, reproduction, modification, transformation, distribution, public communication, making available or any other form of exploitation of the Website content, in whole or in part, without the express written authorisation of CloudFramework is expressly prohibited. The User may view the content and make temporary private copies for personal use only, excluding any commercial or professional use.

6. Commercial Use

CloudFramework's Websites are not for commercial use. Unauthorised commercial or mass use may slow down the service CloudFramework provides to its users.

CloudFramework monitors use of its service and, if it detects commercial or mass use, will abort it. CloudFramework reserves the right to take action against anyone who attempts to use its service without authorisation, to prevent disruption to genuine users.

7. Personal Data Protection and Cookie Policy

The processing of Users' personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and by Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

8. General

If any provision of these conditions is found to be unenforceable or void under applicable law or as a result of a judicial or administrative decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render the conditions as a whole unenforceable or void.

9. Jurisdiction

The relationship between CloudFramework and the User shall be governed by the applicable rules on governing law and jurisdiction. Where the law allows the parties to submit to a specific jurisdiction, CloudFramework and the User submit to the courts of the city of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
